Hamad Camp is the largest of the three camps in terms of land size and population, spanning roughly 118 dunams and accommodating 860 families. Established on November 10, 2025, the camp features an internal water distribution network with tanks placed across multiple sectors for easier access, alongside a paved internal road.

Facilities include a prayer area, a Quran memorization point, an educational space, a medical point, and structured management, security, and committee teams. The camp accommodates 189 families with persons with disabilities (PWDs), requiring tailored accessibility, mobility support, and appropriate services.
