Masar trained 50 young men and women from Jerusalem for 45 hours to create community initiatives implemented by young people in Jerusalem. The training focused on critical thinking, questions, the power of assumptions, mechanisms for studying needs and project writing. The company continued to follow up with the trainees during the writing and implementation of projects until they reached innovative projects that were implemented on the ground.
