Masar trained 30 young men and women from different areas of the Jordan Valley, Jerusalem and Bethlehem for 35 training hours. The goal was to provide the trainees with training skills that would enable them to train children aged 14-18 years for a period of 6 months to create projects that serve their communities. The focus was on local fundraising mechanisms, mobilization campaigns and influence to create a young generation that serves the local community. The company continued to provide consultations to the organization regarding projects and visits to groups to create effective community projects.
